Special Requirements

Luggage, animals, children and larger vehicles

Useful information

Child car seats

The taxi service is not required to provide a child car seat. If needed, it must be supplied by the customer. There is no need to notify the taxi service in advance.

Pushchairs and wheelchairs

They can be transported. However, we recommend mentioning them when requesting the taxi, particularly to assess their size and whether a suitable boot is required. Whenever possible, they should be folded or dismantled to make transportation easier.

Luggage and bulky items

If you are travelling with particularly large or bulky luggage, you must mention this when requesting the taxi so that the availability of a suitable vehicle can be checked.

Large boot

The need for a large boot depends on the number of passengers and the quantity and size of the luggage. For example, four passengers with four large suitcases require a vehicle with a large boot, whereas four passengers with four cabin-size trolley cases would not normally require a special vehicle.

Transporting animals

The taxi service must be informed of any animals when the taxi is requested.

Number of passengers and minivans

Standard vehicles can carry up to four passengers. For five or more passengers, a minivan must be requested. Availability of this type of vehicle is very limited and must therefore be checked with the taxi service.
