led by the legendary <strong>Piergiorgio Zanchi<\/strong>, who was also the first president.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d7a6ba3 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" license was issued by the municipality of Bergamo, in apposite  <strong>staging areas<\/strong>  called Posteggi.In them had been installed, over the years, boxes containing telephone equipment enabled to receive phone calls, which were announced to the operators on site by a characteristic trill.<\/p>\n<p>These old-fashioned but practical instruments constituted the earliest though primitive <strong>systems of contact<\/strong> with customers, who previously had no choice but to go in person to the appropriate stalls to book the service they needed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c163bd1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c163bd1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Consortium<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9071ccd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9071ccd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This situation gave rise to the desire to find new solutions to provide<strong> more modern customer relationship management<\/strong>, but also the need to <strong>optimize management<\/strong> <strong>and response<\/strong> <strong>costs<\/strong> for individual requests.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, the birth of the operational structure of the <strong>Bergamo Taxi Consortium<\/strong>, called <strong>Radio Taxi Bergamo<\/strong>, was certainly the much-fought-for but hoped-for breakthrough for both operators and the entire community.<\/p>\n<p>This direction has led to the development of new management techniques and schedules, culminating in <strong>total coverage over the 24-hour period<\/strong>, which ensures a real and concrete response regarding public transportation from the square.<\/p>\n<p>Today we are a  <strong>dynamic reality consisting of 43 members<\/strong>  committed to performing delicate work in the service of the public, even at personal sacrifice, for the sake of the good name of our  <strong>Consortium<\/strong>  and the entire city we represent with honor and sacrifice every day, providing information and guidance to all those who will have the goodness to contact us for their daily
